Adams County Dog Pound is located in one of the poorest counties in the State of Ohio. The dog pound (a rural pound) only has one full time and one part time employee. THIS IS A SMALL OVERCROWDED SHELTER. THE DOGS NEED TO FIND THEIR FOREVER HOMES ASAP. Please let them know if you can help.
